How long will it take to receive my order?

• Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days for processing + shipping. You will receive a tracking number.

• Custom orders: typically 1–3 weeks depending on complexity. 3-5 business days to respond to initial requests.


Do you accept custom orders?

• Yes! You can fill out our Custom Order Form to design a one-of-a-kind piece. You can choose specific crystals, flowers, colors, or let me intuitively create a design for you. Custom orders may require a deposit before creation begins.


How do I find my ring size?

• Use a printable ring size guide or measure a ring you already own. If you’re unsure, I can help you figure it out through the custom order form.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

• Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days with a photo for replacement or repair.

• Breakage under normal wear: Contact within 30 days for repair, replacement, or store credit.


Can I order a “surprise” or mystery piece?

• Yes! The Mystery Box is a mix of resin + wire-wrapped jewelry, crystals, stickers, and fun extras. Each box is one-of-a-kind, so no two are the same.

You can also choose the “Surprise Me” options in the Custom Order Form and I’ll intuitively create something just for you.


 Will the jewelry tarnish?

• Wire is non tarnishable, however metals may naturally darken over time. To keep your piece beautiful, store it in a dry place and avoid water, perfumes, and lotions.


Shipping Policies

Your jewelry is handmade with love, using resin, real flowers, crystals, and/or wire wrapping. Because of the delicate, one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exceptions:

1. Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace or repair it.

2. Breakage Within Timeframe: If your piece breaks under normal wear within 30 days of delivery, contact us with a photo and a brief description of the issue. We will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.


Important Notes:

• Normal wear may cause slight changes in wire color or resin over time, this is part of the handmade charm.

• Mishandling, accidents, or exposure to water/chemicals are not covered under this policy.

• For exchanges or repairs, please allow 1-2 weeks for completion.
